Where do you deliver your coolrooms to?
We deliver within the greater Perth metro area
What type of power does a coolroom require?
Generally 10amp but larger bar style units require 15amp. Check the specifications page for more detail.
What time will the coolroom arrive?
We will endeavour to deliver/pick up the coolroom in the morning. If you are collecting from us then we ask that you arrive before 9am or after 3pm.
What is the minimum hire period?
2 days is the minimum.
Can I hire for a longer term?
Yes, we can negotiate lower rates for longer term hire.
Are the coolrooms able to be locked
Yes, we will supply you with a trailer lock and door lock if required.
Do I have to clean the coolroom after use?
Yes, you must clean the coolroom after use. We wash and sanitise all of our coolrooms before hire. We ask you to give it a general washout to remove spillages. If coolroom is returned dirty then a cleaning fee will apply.
How can I pay for our hire?
We accept EFT, cash, VISA, MASTERCARD. We require payment prior to delivery
Are your coolrooms electrically safety compliant?
Yes, all of our coolrooms have been test and tagged in accordance with Australian Standards.
Where should I set up the coolroom?
A level site with acceptable vehicle access, must be within 25mtrs of power source. You cannot join Power leads.
How do I stack cartons in the coolroom?
When stacking cartons, it helps to keep them away from the walls. This helps air to circulate and the coolroom to work more efficiently.
How long does it take to bring warm stock down to drinking temperature?
This will depend on the volume and delivery temperature. We suggest the longer time you can allow the better, overnight is ideal.
